Sylics hosts synaptic databases for the European research consortia EUROSPIN, SynSys and NeuroBasic.
Sylics designs new algorithms and visualizations to compare and evaluate multimodal data, especially regarding integration of proteomic and genomic biomarkers analysis, cellomics and behavioral data.
Sylics also designs similar algorithms for the evaluation of effects of compounds on these multimodal parameters. Public releases of these databases are expected in 2012.
