With the recent technical developments of automated cell culture with integrated imaging, high-throughput analysis of detailed cellular phenotypes in mammalian cells has now become feasible.
The Sylics “Cellomics” facility can provide systematic screening (genome wide) to search for functional interactions between genes, enhancer-suppressor screens for gene targets identified in genetic studies, or large scale compound and toxicity screens on multiparametric phenotypic assays.
