Datasets that are collected during days of behavioural screening in automated home-cages contain a wealth of information. Processing, quality checking, analyzing and visualizing this data is an extremely complex and time-consuming job. Our specialized analysis software for automated home-cage data, AHCODA, rapidly performs all these tasks – fully automatically. At your research facility, anywhere in the world, AHCODA-CloudConnect will upload your data to our servers, where it will be quality checked, processed, and subsequently stored in your database. The next day, data is visualized on your private website, with publish-ready art and statistics.

What is AHCODA used for?

AHCODA can be used to analyze spontaneous behaviour, our in-house developed behavioural tests for automated home-cages, and disease-specific behavioural parameters. It is particularly suited for the integral analysis of many behavioural parameters with the aim to detect behavioural effects induced by genetic mutations, chemical compounds and environmental manipulations.
